A little about
the practice.

QHHT® stands for Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique®, a hypnosis method developed by Dolores Cannon. It includes past-life exploration and an approach to what Cannon called the Subconscious.

Curious about a session? Start by learning about the method and speaking with Valerie about your questions and expectations.

QHHT is a spiritual exploration practice. It is not a substitute for medical or mental health care; individual experiences vary.
